I anticipate that players of this system will be able to work together to put a stop to permanent monopolies. We envision the system as having more of a community feel - "Tursh is the place to go for Crafter buffs, and Leth Nurae has a lot of good caster buffs."

The players get to decide the flavor of the cities.
