Usually before they become moderators, they are active participants on the forums and have shown good judgment when it comes to reporting threads or posts, and are very familiar with the Forum Rules of Conduct. <br /> <br /> We pried Custodis away from the forums for just a few minutes to ask him a few questions about his volunteer position, and the game we all know and love!</p>
