Point being, people were fired and then eventually re-hired by SoE. The folks that were re-hired were re-hired at a higher wage than they received with VG/Sigil. While none of us can bitch about a friend finally getting paid for the work, it was very degrading as a Sigil employee to see someone, whom was fired at one point, making more money than you.

Layoff != Fired. Certainly people lost their jobs but it was financially based as opposed to job performance.
