orange diplomats skirt...... required crafting profession is "outfitter".... but where is the point in a leather worker getting this if we cannot get the diplo decon quest?

also..... on a side note since we are talking about deconstructions..... I was wondering why I am able to craft leather handwraps..... but I cant decon handwraps.....lol....

Ah, you're thinking of something different. Orange Skirt is a special recipe tied to the outfitting skill - both leatherworkers and tailors can learn that.

The decon quest only adds to existing decon recipes.

As for handwraps, they were just not set up for deconstruction. Setting up deconstruction in general is a very involved, time-consuming process and handwraps did not make the cut. Silius may be able to speak more on this.
