Hello,

Although the powder poses no problem when being added to crafted legs in production and when equipped you get a buff stating a 5% chance to proc a increase of stats when hit i have never yet seen the proc activated.

I've been wearing some greaves of might for a while and still never seen a proc.

Is this bugged? i know its not entierly a crafting problem but its affecting the items made my us as at the moment i would deem the XXX of might as a useless addition.

Found the problem, should be fixed next patch
