hmm, not necessarly if i look at for example the Rare Light Armor Chest parts with any stats and sdf on ehm:

i can say for every tier that the stat distribution is:

total stats on the item = item level * 1.125 and the sdf value = item level * 2 - the only things that differs is that the total stats are divided differently.

e.g.:
T2:
1 stat = all stat points

T3/T4:
2 stats = 2/3 of the points on stat1 and 1/3 on stat2

T5:
3 stats = 3/6 on stat1, 2/6 on stat2, 1/6 on stat3

example:

Tier 2: Chest
Level: 25
Stat: 28
sdf: 50

Tier 3: Chest
Level: 35
Stat1: 26
Stat2: 13
sdf: 70

Tier 4: Chest
Level: 45
Stat1: 34
Stat2: 17
sdf: 90

Tier5: Chest
Level: 53(55*)
Stat1: 30(31*)
Stat2: 20(21*)
Stat3: 10(10*)
sdf: 106(110*)

the thing is that the items with % based mods got changed for lower tiers (as the % based mods didn't show) but the T5 ones didn't get changed

example on the T4 Heroic BP:
stats = 0.826 * item level (46)
%mod = 0.174 * item level (46) - though this is a % mode so that not a accurate value

now if i use this stats the T5 Heroic BP (pre patch) with Lv 56 should look like this:
stats = 46 total - stat1 = 23, stat2 = 15. stat3 = 8 and 9-10% % mod

if i use the calc for the T3 Heroic BP i get:

total stats = 30, stat1 = 20, stat2 = 10, %mod = 6% - and if i look at the actual item it matches perfectly with this...

What patch are you referring too?
