I crafted myself an Orange Gown last night, which contains flavortext saying it gives one point of Parley Status on Entertains. It's not clear to me whether this means the opponent needs 1 more point to win, or whether the purple seal should start at +1 instead of 0, but neither of these things actually happen during Entertains.

They are, just not for the category they are advertised for. We're determining now which category they DO affect.

It seems that:
The orange gowns affect Incite (NOT Entertain)
The white vest affects Entertain (NOT Incite)
The skirt affects Gossip correctly.
