Still a problem with Kurashasan & Ragan quest? - Vanguard TACT ************* (Zahariel

I added in a patch note about this and here is the wet/squishy version.

There are two Learn Rebut quests you can get as a Kurashasan.

The first comes from R.F. on the normal newbie line where you learn all about the various "things" going on in the "other place" filled with the "other people" looking to do very bad "things" to "someone" (not to spoil the storyline to those who haven't done Kurashasan diplomacy *evil grin*

Now, the second learn rebuts comes from Aresha Al'Nafir, the diplomacy trainer in Qur'xa.

The reason there are two is so that people who opt not to do the main diplomacy line and instead grind on the dark elf soldiers south of Lomshir don't get pointed to R.F. and wonder why the heck this guy is teaching them diplomacy.

The fix is that now if you are currently on or have already finished one of the rebut quests, you cannot do the other one. It was never intended for a player to be able to do both. Please try abandoning the rebut quests (if you are waiting on this) and see if you can accept either of them again. I tested it, but sometimes the players can find a crack the size of a neutron and exploit it. :P
