i do , but as i said , it's a pointless exercise until *someone* changes the NT quests that require 700 merchant to parley (e.g Intercepting Contraband) and those requiring 700 outsider (e.g Breaking into the Business) to some other presence , or allows us to raise presence in those 2 stations!!
